TRANSACTIONS

Since its foundation, the Society has published over one hundred volumes of its Transactions, a refereed journal, which includes not only the best of the papers presented to its members, but the best of others offered for publication. These articles have added notably and distinctively to the region’s body of historical knowledge. Members receive a copy of each volume as it is published, and many important libraries in Britain and abroad are subscribing members, some holding complete sets from the Society’s foundation.
